. . . mmm, decided to do the full 'hot loop' cross country ride on the next week end (29th Nov 2008) . . . yap ! Thinking to modify d' route, by adding extra hill . . . to make it more 'fun' . . !

Take Note :

> Bike is in good condition.

> Wear helmet & gloves at all times. No Helmet, No Ride.
> Wear some form of cycling glasses to stop mud getting in your eyes.
> The ride will last several hours, strongly advise to bring fluids (water, energy drinks, 'mini' 1st aid kit etc.) to carry on the bike & something to eat . . . .!
> Bring a spare inner tube & repair kit".
