Hari ini tak kayuh ~ cuma riadah dgn xtvt ringan i.e a little bit of strength workout utk otot2 & joints . . . slow walk, running on d spot, sit up, push up and etc but more on upper body.

Gemar mainkan lagu2 kegemaran . . . i.e. Eye of d Tiger, Beat it, All Right Now, Hip hops dont lie, Le Freak, Dont stop till u dont get enough and etc. . . . and warm down dgn 'killer sentimental songs' yg lama-lama perghhh . . . he he he ! Kalau mengikut rekod timbangan semalam, kandungan air dlm badan aku hanya 54%. BMI/aku kena maintain 60%. So, kena minum air banyak lagi laaaaa utk Banding Ride II.
Mungkin kayuhan ke Kangar, Perlis 3/4th Apr dan Gunung Jerai 7th apr hari Rabu yg lepas sedikit sebanyak memberi impak. Banyak buang peluh. . . tapi, alhamdulillah dah biasa dgn 'sympton' ini. Pertama, terasa pedih tekak dan air kencing berwarna kuning. So, dah dua hari slow down cycling xtvt to recover !
