Start / Finish :
- Saturday 4th Apr ~ Berkumpul kat Cinta Sayang, Sg Petani by 07.00am. Short 'welcome brief by ramly SP @ LT". All Northern Riders i.e. SP, TRM, Perlis Power MTB Club & Red Flag will start & finish at the Cinta Sayang. Razif Biker & Friends i.e. Siong, Kroh & Pangkalan Hulu MTB will meet us at Baling (depan Balai Polis Trafik). ETA Baling 09.00 ~ 0930. ETA Betong by 13.00 (Malaysia).
- Sunday 5th Apr ~ 06.15 (Malaysia) "Kebun Bunga Ride" 40km. About 3~4hrs rides. On completion 'early lunch' wz Betong MTB riders . . . ZANKX from TRM appointed as our Ref. for 'short speech & thanks' . . .u speak in Thailand laaa b4/after Lunch . . . he he he. ZanKX paling layak fasal dia yg fasih cakap Siam. Kalau aku yg cakap Siam, nanti "nga - aliff - nga" : nga-nga ha ha ha ! Lunch ~ Dont eat too much . . . bcoz we have another 80km+ ride back to SP he he he !

"Tayar golek" SP ~ Betong by 07.15am ~Next 'short stopping point ~ Baling. About 50km + from SP.
Speed Guidelines (Average Speed):
: 20 - 22 km/hr
: 23 - 27 km/hr
: 30+ km/hr
The MTB rides:
- Will be in 3 groups i.e. Slow, Medium and Fast Riders . . . avoid 'solo or kamikaze ' ride !
- Betong ~ Long Distance rides are "suitable" for beginners and moderate riders But be prepare for 'long 50km rolling' (SP to Baling) then, after 50km rides . . prepare for 'long, enjoyable hill climbs at "G Inas" . . . . : ~ )
- Bring i.e. snack food, power bar 2 and drink for/on the ride.
- Allow 1 bottle of fluid per hour of riding . . . more bottles r better ha ha ha !
- Bring ur' own spare tubes in case you should get a puncture.
- The Medium Riders ~ rides are for recreational riders and those wanting to 'test' their fitness level . . . .usually Average 23 km to 30 km. So, tell ur body to work hard on the 'D Day' !
- The LEISURE rides are for SLOW riders, but NO WORRIES my friends ~ get ur' best time ! Focus & completed Betong Ezi Ride. . . .!
- Take early breakfast. Eat a good b/fast consisting of carbo. & protein. Next 'short break' at Baling ~ about 50km from SP.
- Make sure ur bike in good working order. Pump up tires 2d specified pressure.
- Bring essentials : 2 spare tubes, a pump, patch kit, at least 2 water bottles, some pocket food/snack, I/C, border pass, Int. passport, money (baths), cellphone.
- Support car to carry ur 'barang' not ur bike . . . he he he !
- RM 5.00 only for 'support car'.
- Hotel average RM 50 ~ RM 60 each room . . . sharing or up2U ?
- No Sex B4 Ride . . . he he he !
- If a rider stops bcoz of a breakdown then nearest riders 'in vicity' stops and assists.
- Ride Leader SP ~ Betong ~ SP . . .> Wan Shahidan from TRM
- Tail Leader SP ~ Betong ~ SP . . .> (TBA)
- 'Supported Car' ~ please be aware if someone stops & no-one is left behind during the ride.
- Phase I : SP ~ Betong : Stop/meet Depan Balai Polis Trafik Baling.
- Phase II : Betong ~ SP : Stop/meet Depan Balai Polis Trafik Baling (just 2say 'Good Bye' to Kroh & Baling Biker & Friends. Then, proceed to SP ~ No Speed Limit ! You can ride at pace you want but PLEASE meet us/regroup at Petronas (Puteri Hill Park) for the Last 'photo session'. Thanks.
