Aim:
- Train 'half-loaded ....
- Test 'half-loaded ....
- Test 'gearing' 52/42 & MTB 8 speeds
- Test on 'hilly route' ....
- Build up fitness and stamina .....
- Keep riding and enjoy the ride .....

... Need to train @ 'work hard' with this 52/42 .... hope on D-Day the Ride will be Easy :-)
