Pangkalan Hulu, Perak - Kampung Lalang, Gerik - Felda Nenering - 
Ayer Panas - Kg Tasek, Pangkalan Hulu

'Jelajah Borneo' kembara yang panjang (approx. 30 days), di laluan berbukit dan pergunungan. 
Lanskap yang agak mencabar, menguji ketahan fizikal & mental.

Perlu 'get use with the bike' dan kenal pasti masalah semasa & 'rectified'.

Latihan hari ini di laluan berbukit tanpa 'panniers'. Latihan ini bagi menguji tahap fizikal 
semasa ketika 'mendaki', cuaca panas dan rentak kayuhan @ 'pace' tanpa bebanan.

- Alhamdulillah - 
Tahap Fizikal masih baik, penafasan baik cuma aku perlu tingkatkan tahap 'stamina' 
serta kekuatan kaki untuk mencapai 'target pace' dengan muatan.
