Stay Fit n' Healthy

...::: Assalamualaikum wbt :::...

Lama tiada entri di laman ini.
Kadang-kadang 'mood' memainkan peranan dlm sesuatu entri.
Di sini hanya ruang 'santai' kongsi minat. 

Aktiviti riadah seperti biasa sekadar untuk kesihatan diri.
Tiada siapa yg hebat @ kuat melainkan Allah swt.
Jauh sekali bangga diri @ riak @ menunjuk2.
Nauzubillah minzalik

 Riadah dan selera makan ana pun simple tp sedap.
Bukan senang, nak lari nafsu dari makan 'nasi kandar, roti canai and teh tarik',
tapi Alhamdulillah, sekali sekala pekena juga sedikit ...
 Tua2 nii nak bagi sihat jaaa, bukan nak kuat.

 Kalau tak 'cycling' masuk gym berlari atas treadmill dan buat interval workout
antara 45 - 90mins on treadmill. Then, buat sit up 5 sets, Hack squat 5 sets, weightlifting.
2 jam sudah memadai 'mandi peluh'. Yang penting jangan banyak cakap semasa dlm gym,
fokus 2 hrs solid work out. InysaAllah u will enjoy it. 

 Selepas masuk gym sebelah pagi, malam pekena veggies & 4 keping roti pun rasa tak cukup
 - ha ha ha -

kalau seorang diri selesa dengan foldie.
 Doesn't matter what you ride, just ride .... !

'be self motivated and follow ur' own pace....'
Moral: 
  • Just be yourself.....
  • and avoid 'ghibah'....
  • Mohon maaf jika ada kesilapan pada lisan saya.....
