...Syabas dapat mencapai tahap kesihatan yang baik.<br /><br />As for me, I used to weigh 115-120 (saiz 46), and baru je 2-3 tahun lepas aku mula active. Aku cuba jalan jauh tiap2 malam, sekarang insyallah, dah boleh jog/lari. Pasal beskal, memang suka MTB, dan baru je dapat road bike.<br /><br />Tapi yang payah sikit nak bawak basikal tiap2 hari. Kalau boleh, memang aku tinggalkan kereta.<br /><br />So far, aku slowly but surely lose weight. No hurry.
